Formal opinion on student finance for transition and retraining

Apply for student finance for transition and retraining and a formal opinion
The next step is to apply for student finance for transition and retraining from CSN. In the application, you need to indicate the transition organisation to which you belong. If you belong to us (the Public Transition Organisation), CSN will contact us when you apply for student finance for transition and retraining. In this case, we will help you by issuing a formal opinion, and you do not need to apply for one yourself.
Apply for a formal opinion yourself
You can choose to apply for a formal opinion yourself. You will also receive 1-2 hours of study guidance from an adviser. Apply for a formal opinion on our application page. We will then send the formal opinion to CSN. Remember that if you apply for a formal opinion yourself, you must also submit a separate application for student finance for transition and retraining to
CSN.
