Certificates and documents about your income or hours worked
You need to complete your application with certificates or documents showing your income or hours worked over the past two years. For example, you can submit employer’s certificates, employment contracts or pay slips.
Certificates and documents about your employment
You also need to complete your application with certificates or documents about your current or most recent employment.
If you have been laid off or are unemployed
- certificate or document from your employer stating when and why your employment ended.
If you have a permanent employment contract
- certificate or document showing that you are employed by your employer.
If you have or have had a temporary employment contract
- certificate or document from your employer showing the start and end date of your employment.
If you have or have had a probationary employment contract
- certificate or document from your employer showing the last day of your probationary period.
